Annual Membership

• Individual: $35.00

• Couples:$50

• Senior Monthly Package: $25.00 includes:

1. Biweekly Follow-up phone call check-in with our seniors and frequent calls to check-in if needed due to injury or hospitalization by one of our vulunteer nurses.

2. Access to Our Retired Nurse to organize homecare services (cleaning, cooking & companion with other trusted organization that provide these services)

3. Order Groceries Online For Our Seniors with Ubuntu Legacy's assistance.

1. Fill out our membership application form

2. Choose your membership type, indicate on the request form.

3. You will get an email from us and a phone call to confirm with you within 24 -28 hours. Payments are made via etransfer provided by Ubuntu Legacy Staff.
