Cecil McIntosh is a respected Relaxation Expert and Barbadian Spiritual Teacher who immigrated to Canada from Barbados at age 20. As a graduate of Ryerson University and someone who has shared stages with influential figures like Deepak Chopra, Cecil brings a wealth of experience in teaching relaxation techniques. Notably, he has worked with over 2,000 heart stroke and cancer patients, teaching bedside relaxation and health techniques. His Caribbean background and experience working with diverse populations make him particularly relatable to the Ubuntu Legacy Community Care.
